Also known as Triphala. A combination of three herbs –Terminalia chebula (Haritaki), Terminalia belerica (Bahera), and Emblica officinalis (AMLAOXY). This combination is referred to in almost every Ayurvedic textbook and is considered to be adaptogenic.
