Welcome to Sama Dog, LLC (“Sama Dog,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at https://samadog.com (“Website”) and any related services, content, or materials provided by Sama Dog, including products, online courses, memberships, events, newsletters, social media content, and e-commerce offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Website or purchase a membership.

2. Educational & Holistic Health Disclaimer

Sama Dog provides holistic canine wellness education rooted in Ayurveda, integrative approaches, and mindfulness-based practices.

We are not veterinarians, and nothing provided through the Website, Sama Circle membership, guest teachings, or related Services constitutes veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Dr. Katie Kangas, DVM, participates as a collaborator and educator. However, participation in Sama Circle does not establish a veterinary-client-patient relationship.

All content is for educational purposes only. Always consult your licensed veterinarian before making changes to your animal’s health care, diet, supplements, or treatment plan.

You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on our content.

3. Sama Circle Membership Terms

Membership Structure

Sama Circle is offered as a subscription membership with two payment options:

• Monthly subscription

• Annual subscription

Both options provide access to the same membership content.

Automatic Renewal

All memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.

By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through your Squarespace member account dashboard.

Cancellation stops future billing.

You will retain access through the remainder of your paid billing period.

No Refund Policy

All Sama Circle membership payments are final.

No refunds will be issued for monthly or annual subscriptions, including partial billing periods or unused time.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Access and Availability

Membership access is provided via Squarespace Member Areas.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue portions of the membership at our discretion.

We are not liable for temporary platform outages or technical interruptions.

4. Community Conduct

Sama Circle includes access to private community spaces and live sessions.

By participating, you agree to:

• Communicate respectfully

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or shaming

• Refrain from medical claims or prescribing treatment to other members

• Not solicit or promote unrelated services

• Not share member-only content outside the membership

We reserve the right to remove members at our discretion for violations of these standards. Removal does not entitle the member to a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All membership content, videos, downloads, written materials, and recordings are the intellectual property of Sama Dog, LLC.

Membership grants you a limited, non-transferable, personal-use license.

You may not:

• Share login credentials

• Record or redistribute live sessions

• Republish content

• Sell or reproduce materials

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sama Dog, LLC, Amanda Ree, Dr. Katie Kangas, and any guest educators shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from:

• Use or misuse of information

• Implementation of wellness suggestions

• Reactions to supplements or products

• Participation in practices shared within the membership

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sama Dog, LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, collaborators, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Nevada County, California.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
